A nice mix with a shift about of the original vocals and synths, and a much harder hitting beat, sounds good loud, so turn it up! I love the original version of this track so it was great to work with it, wish I could have had more time off work so I could have made more mixes! :) I added a new rap at the beginning, some semi-clever lyrics, quite pleased with it - my old GCSE English teacher would have been proud anyways lol I AM back on the site and am reading all my messages, just having trouble replying to them on this archaic notebook & borrowed wireless connection from next door! In the next couple of weeks or so I should be able to get everything reconnected properly and we can have a good old chat again, you guys rock! Ok, so this was a mammoth task. I set myself the challenge of replacing all the Rap verses (no disrespect to Dolla and Tay-Dizm!) and because the beat was fairly slow, I decided to attempt to go double speed, and therefore fit in twice as many lyrics! I'm not sure whether it was an entirely successful experiment (I guess you guys can tell me which sounds better, the fast or slow lyrics) but I'm proud of it because it took a good 3 hours practicing before I could get them all out fast enough! Ashley Tisdale Vs Dolla ft T-Pain - Just Like (Who the F--K Is) That (EXPLICIT)
This isn't a real competition entry, just more a mash-up I made for fun. It's pretty awful so I apologize! The track has been part of several official online mixing competitions, so I'm guessing there's no liscencing / copyright infringement here. The Beat is by JR Rotem and the singing is the fierce Miss Tisdale. The crappy mixing is my fault, I didn't spend much time on it, I was just letting off steam after creating three long and complicated mixes! My other three entries are far better, and all original, so check them out if you have time :) In the interest of universal orderring I'd like to point out that this is a tribute to Ashley to apologize for making a joke about her "medically necessary" nose-job in my rap entry! I love ya really Ash :P Anyway, this isn't very good, (it just appeals to my weird sense of humour after a long day making intricate mixes and double speed raps!) so humour me and move on to my better entries lol. The Konvict sound effect in the original instrumental inspired me to make a beat around it, and I ended up with this heavy, industrial sound. I added a dark sounding keyboard part to compliment the beat, then structured the arrangement around the accapella. I think it sounds cool, I hope you do too!

Well, my first mix on Jamglue for a while, hopefully you'll all like it, I don't rap on this one (I left that for another mix) but rather built a new instrumental up around the original accapella. I think it sounds pretty cool, I took a long time perfecting the strings (which you may recognize that initially created for a different mix, but it fits this track far better and they are now much improved!) and getting nice big speaker shaking bass hits! Once I added the running bassline, the track really came to life. The orchestral feel really suits the track in my opinion, makes it sound epic - turn it up loud! :) Thanks for listenning to my mix, sorry I haven't been around lately, as I have said theres been all kinds of issues, and lifes hectic. I really love this Dolla and T-Pain song though so it inspired me to make several mixes - check em out! Oh and yes, its a new picture, I don't like it I think I look terrible but its included for three reasons: 1: Its the newest pic I could find 2: You can see my tattoo, and 3: Yes thats a fruit machine in my house, I have several, cos I'm just that cool lmao :P

Had a few hours off work and decided to try and make a Hip-hop style mix for this competition, as my last mix was so far removed from the original! Lots of different beats in here, kinda morphing into one another, I mixed it live then re-mixed and broke the parts down digitally, I think it sounds quite good, hopefully people will like it, it is a little self indulgent in the production I warn you lol. I'd like to say here that I apologise for not being on here as much to listen to people's stuff, been really busy but am still here and am keeping a list of stuff to check out as I get more free time now the school holidays are over and the kids are back out the house ;) Hope you enjoy the track, thanks :)

I have a stinking Throat infection so can't enter the MC competition right now, so I thought I'd attempt the DJ comp instead :) Was talking to DJ Moon who said he liked Drum'n'Bass so I attempted to make my own Drum'n'Bass style Remix of the track, although the vocal mixing is more similar to FatBoySlim style Big Beat. anyway I reckon it sounds pretty good, I keep listenning to it over and over. I hope Geologic doesn't mind me speeding up his vocal! This mix took around 3 hours to make, and was great fun, hope you all like it :) Thanks, Sam

Soulisity made me a brilliant accapella on my track, I've remixed her vocal and added a few effects etc, and mixed it in with my original, and, quite frankly, I think it sounds amazing. Puts my vocal to shame, lol I need to re-record it. Seriously Soul, thanks, you rock!
